• In case of an error on our part and you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will cover all related costs.
• If the replacement item is not available, we will contact you via email or the phone number registered with the order.
• The execution will take place within 5 working days from the date of receiving the order, or 10 days if the order is outside Riyadh.
• The consumer will bear the shipping cost if they wish to exchange the product and deliver it to the shipping company (within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

Return Policy:

If you wish to return a specific product, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and without removing any tags or labels, including plastic packaging, and must not have been exposed to any perfumes, washing, or ironing.
• In case of an error on our part and you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, error, or shortage, we will cover all related costs.
• Once the return is accepted, the refund will be processed in the same way as the purchase within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the purchase source's policy.
• If you cancel before delivering the order to the shipping company, the amount will be refunded in full. However, if the shipment is canceled after the order is executed, only the product amount will be refunded, and the shipping cost will be deducted.
• The consumer will bear the shipping cost if they wish to return the product and deliver it to the shipping company (within Saudi Arabia).
• The return must be completed within 7 working days of receiving the shipment from the shipping company, and the refund will be made via bank transfer from the store's account.
